 Gear Hobs

  • Standard and custom single-start and multi-start gear hobs with various profile modifications, manufactured in accordance with GOST 9324-80, DIN 3968 (Germany), ANSI (USA), and JIS (Japan) standards. Available for module ranges 0.8–16 mm (25–2.0 DP), accuracy classes A, B, and C, for cutting involute cylindrical gears.
  • Standard and custom hobs for spline shafts with straight-sided and involute tooth profiles, manufactured in accordance with GOST 8027-86, GOST 6637-80, DIN, and ANSI standards.
  • Shell-type and shank-type hobs for cutting worm gears, available in module ranges 1–10 mm (25–2.5 DP), manufactured according to OST, DIN, and ANSI standards, with accuracy classes A, B, and C.
  • Standard and custom hobs for cutting sprockets for drive chains, Novikov gears, and other non-involute tooth profiles, manufactured in accordance with GOST, OST, ANSI, and DIN standards. 

 Shell End Milling Cutters

  • Fine-tooth shell end milling cutters with indexable carbide-tipped blades (VK8 grade), manufactured in accordance with GOST 9473-80.
  • Shell end milling cutters with replaceable blades fitted with carbide inserts, manufactured in accordance with GOST 24359-80.
